When you have clarity of the mind great things are possible. We hear about vibrational energies, past life regression, being in tune with the deceased and more. This is all possible when you mind gets clear. In order to do that I say you must give up your stimulants and processed foods.

Some researchers feel that disease and habitual life patterns are a result of past experiences remembered. Let’s call them programs. These programs can be ways to deal with past situations that caused unmanageable stress by transferring to the biological level. On this biological level these stresses relate to an emotion or organ. The big question is, “Can we reprogram ourselves in order to get rid of these diseases and past patterns.”

In my view this can be done and your mind must be very clear and your awareness of your body very sharp. Clarity and sharpness starts with eating real food and having a clean body. When this happens you will be better able to understand the interactions between thought, emotion, the brain and your biological functioning. You will grasp how biological malfunction (possibly disease) is actually the perfect adaptation programmed by the brain for survival. You can discover how family lineage and ancestral memories manifest in our lives and in the lives of our children. You can realize how our pre-natal and childhood experiences program our behavior and diseases. You can become conscious of involuntary habits and subconscious patterns that are present in our lives in order to mange them better.

Is disease the adaptation of the automatic brain?
