The Positivity Blog is another great blog that tells readers that a positive outlook is imperative when looking to achieve anything.
The blog’s posts are known to begin with inspiring quotes from the world’s great thinkers. Online since 2006, the blog edited and written by Henrik Edberg, boasts about 3.6 million visitors and it has 15500+ subscribers (as of July 2009) So they TPB must be doing something right.

Here’s an excerpt from the site’s about section where Edberg describes himself and his mission:
Well, my name is Henrik Edberg and I’m a 28 year old guy from Sweden. I devour literature and audio on personal development. I’ve dived into the subject and immersed myself. I implement what I have learned and I learn from my own experiments and experience and figure out how to build a better life.
Some of TPB”s recent posts that Fit and Sexed users might find relevant are:
- How to motivate yourself, 4 timeless thoughts
- 16 Things I Wish They Had Taught Me in School
- Bruce Lee’s Top 7 Fundamentals for Getting Your Life in Shape
- Why Some People Almost Always are Successful
While Edberg makes sure to let readers know that he is NOT an expert (merely an enthusiast), he does a very good job directing people looking to improve themselves to people who ARE experts. I strongly recommend that you check this blog out.
