Pick the Brain is one of my favorite Personal Development spots on the blogosphere. It’s primary focus is on Motivation and Productivity. Editor Erin Falconer leads a staff whose goal it is to help us lead more productive, happy lives.

Here’s an excerpt from the site’s about section where they define their goals.

PickTheBrain.com diverges from traditional “self-help” by taking a broader approach. Rather than sticking to a small set of topics, the site covers anything related to self improvement. Any information that people can use to live more prosperous, satisfying lives is a potential article.

Motivation is very important when it comes to getting yourself fit, because the action needs to be inspired. Pick the Brain does an excellent job helping readers find inspiration and motivation to solve problems more efficiently.
