cubical

Ok all…It’s exercise time again! As you recall, I have previously written of alternative ways to exercise. Whether it be in your home, sans exercise equipment, or in the bedroom, Fit And Sexed advocates alternative exercising to stimulate boy and mind with novel workouts. That being stated, welcome to the latest installment, “Cubicle Crunch.”

When next you find yourself low on time to exercise, don’t panic! You can still make it to work on time, and exercise on your lunch break from the comfort of your 8×10 cell (Um…we mean cubicle).

To begin with, if you have a sturdy enough office chair, lifting yourself up on the arm rests can prove to be a useful way to perform a modified tricep “dip.”

Also, for the office chair with wheels, finding somewhere to anchor your toes, at an 90 degree angle to the floor, can prove to be an excellent way to do a less weight intensive/more cardio intensive method of performing a modified “leg press” exercise.

Simply reverse the appendages used, and grab a hold to the edge of your desk with your hands. Then repel yourself fromand pull yourself towards the desk to perform a cardio-like bicep curl.

Finally, if you get bored enough, you can find a video on the internet, in a first person view, of jogging through the park and stare at the screen while you promenade in place.

The fact of the matter is, where there is a will there is a way. So, if you really wanted to, you could come up with other ways of exercising in your cubicle. And that would please us here at Fit And Sexed on multiple levels because it would entail you exercising your body in the actual exercises and your mind in thinking of the crazyways to get in the workout. Employers, be on notice! Lunch time is the new time to break a sweat.
